TRADING CONDITIONS

DELIVERY

All shipping is free throughout Denmark and Europe. When you have ordered an item, you will receive an email with a receipt for this order. It is then packed and typically sent with PostNord or GLS. You will be notified directly in your inbox about which type of shipping applies to your particular purchase. Typically, packages under 5 kg. are sent with PostNord. Packages weighing more than this are sent with GLS.

How long does it take…?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. The total delivery time is then conditioned by PostNord or GLS.p. For international shipments, the delivery time can be longer and the shipping and handling fee here is approx. DKK 60 depending on the content. Pay attention to whether there is a note about any “Vacation” or “Illness”. This will be at the top of the page.

Right of withdrawal

If you regret the purchase, you have 14 days right of return from the time the item is received. Use of the right of withdrawal can be done by returning the item to Mia-Nelle Studio, Ambæk Mark 3, 4720 Præstø. When returning, send the order number, a copy of an email with the order number or other identification of the purchase agreement. The item must be unused and undamaged. If you return one or more products, you must ensure that the packaging is at least as secure and durable as when received. When returning the item, you must pay for the shipping yourself. When you cancel the purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you by a chargeback to your bank, as soon as we have received the item and checked that it meets the above conditions. Please provide bank information in case of cancellation.

The fine print

All prices on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and customs duties as well as all taxes etc.

Mia Nelle Studio reserves the right for out-of-stock items, misprints, spelling errors, and delays that Mia Nelle Studio cannot control.

WORKSHOPS

PRICES

The workshops prices are stated in the description of the individual courses. You are only admitted when Mia Nelle Studio has received the full course price. The full price must be paid upon registration. It is important to state your name and course when making the payment. You will receive a confirmation of your admission.

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded no later than 6 weeks before the start of the workshop. After that, the possibility of getting the full amount back is waived. It is always possible to exchange with someone else until the start of the course. Mia-Nelle may have someone who might be interested as there is often a waiting list. But it is not always possible that she can refer to a person on this waiting list. Unsubscribe by contacting Mia Nelle Studio at email or telephone.

REGISTRATION TERMS
When registering for a workshop, you sign up for an entire course of 5, 3 or 1 day. You cannot change the dates of the workshop after the start of the course.

You are only registered for a workshop when you have received confirmation of registration and have paid the registration fee.

The price includes tuition described on the individual course, accommodation and food. The price does not include material costs. Payment is made via listed payment information at www.mianelle.com

INSURANCE
You yourself are responsible for any insurance. If you want cancellation insurance, remember that the insurance must be taken out BEFORE you pay anything to Mia Nelle Studio

MARKETING
We use pictures and video taken on workshops and thus of the participants and works for our marketing. This typically includes; Facebook, Instagram.

By signing up, you approve/give permission for Mia-Nelle to use images from the course. If you do not want this, you can contact Mia-Nelle, so that care will be taken to ensure that this does not happen.

RESERVATION
Reservations are made for changes in announced teachers, cancellations, cancellations due to illness, rescheduling of classes, changes as a result of external events over which Mia-Nelle has no control (e.g. extreme weather or building damage), as well as any legislative changes and pandemic. Subject to any. misprints in the program and in the online advertising. In case of illness, the course is changed to another time.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
Personal information, such as CPR number, name, address and e-mail, is only used in connection with the school’s services and for registration in relation to the control of the Ministry of Culture.
