I create large scale paintings in public spaces and inside art institutions.
I am passionate about creating site-specific paintings that capture the essence of the local area and the natural world. My work is characterized by vibrant colors and expressive brushstrokes, which bring to life the energy and vitality of the spaces in which I create.
When I paint, I am always attuned to the unique qualities of the environment around me. Whether I am working in an urban setting or a rural one, I strive to capture the essence of the landscape, incorporating figurations of the natural world into my work.
My approach to painting is highly intuitive, with each brushstroke building on the last in a fluid and organic way. I work directly on the wall, with a sense of urgency and immediacy that reflects my deep connection to the spaces in which I create.
For me, the act of painting is both a physical and spiritual practice, allowing me to connect with the world around me in a profound way. Through my work, I seek to inspire others to connect with the natural world and to see the beauty and wonder that surrounds us all.
Whether working in a public space or a private one, my goal is always the same: to create paintings that are vibrant, expressive, and alive with the energy of the world around us. By embracing the unique qualities of each site and creating works that are deeply rooted in their surroundings, I hope to create a sense of connection and belonging that transcends time and space.
