For this exhibition I created a wallpainting in one room, and placed a church bench where the spectator could look at the wallpainting. In two other rooms two films were played in old televisions. One film was an xray recording of swans swimming in a lake, with a soundtrack where I interviewed a climate expert on how the climate change effects our world today. The other film was a black and white recording of a church clerk who was working in the church making it clean and tidy. The soundtrack for this was an interview on the purpose of faith and the meaning of God, as it seems like the world we are living is about to change so drastically that the human race will soon no longer be here. The painting was an emoional reaction to the many hours I spent with both the climate expert and the church clerk.
The exhibition was kindly supported by The Danish Art Council.
